Acquired for $400,000 and recently valued at approximately $1,000,000 in less than two years. Works took about three months; approval took longer than the works.
Scope included a hoarder clear-out and installing doors before settlement; a main-house gut; a 12m × 4.8m secondary mining-camp donga split into two halves, with code stairs, kitchenette and bathroom to each half and fire compliance; external remediation; and a crushed-rock driveway.
