Quick Build systems — modular and flat-pack

For many granny flats and new dwellings we use selected modular and flat-pack systems. More of the dwelling is prepared off-site while the ground work happens, so the on-site phase is shorter and more predictable.

How that usually works:

• Factory while site prep runs — structure and modules progress off-site as the site is prepared
• Restricted or difficult sites — modular designs or flat-pack delivery where access or space is tight
• Factory precision — less waste on site, consistent detailing, options suited to bushfire, flood or cyclone design requirements where the system allows
• On site — fewer trades overlapping, fewer variables, less disruption next door, earlier access to the finished dwelling

Options commonly available include turnkey, lock-up, or kit paths depending on the product and your role on site. We will be plain about what is included before you commit.
