We separated two buildings with firewalls, certification, survey and titles; solved demolition with no skip or parking at a fraction of expected cost; split one tenancy into seven; delivered 18 toilets, grease trap, stairs, glazing, roof/exterior works and fire systems, signed off in just over a year.
